Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore the whole suite before paying anything — if it isn't for you, simply let the trial lapse and you're never charged.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly). Prices are shown in INR on our pricing page and are exclusive of applicable GST. Payment is collected securely via Razorpay; we never store your card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing & Plan inside the app, or by emailing us. On cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — it simply does not renew after that. Your data remains accessible during this time and can be exported.

Refunds

Subscription fees are for a fixed period paid in advance and are generally non-refundable once the period has started, since you retain full access for that period. If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge or a billing-system fault), email us within 7 days of the charge and we will verify and refund the incorrect amount to the original payment method.

Ask Zyn credit top-ups

Ask Zyn credits purchased as top-ups are consumed as you use AI features and are non-refundable once purchased, except where a purchase was made in error and the credits are still unused — in that case email us within 7 days for a review.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Reseller-billed accounts

If you obtained Zynkrow through a reseller under their own brand, your billing, cancellations and refunds are handled directly by that reseller under their own policy. Please contact them for any billing request.
