Acceptance
By creating an account or using Kiyudesk, you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
The service
Kiyudesk provides business software apps on a subscription basis. We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; live operational status is published on our status page.
Free trial & billing
Plans start with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, paid plans are billed monthly in advance per the pricing on our pricing page. Prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable GST. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Your data
You own the business data you put into Kiyudesk. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You're responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kiyudesk for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach security, or to disrupt the service for other users.
Resellers
If you obtained Kiyudesk through a reseller under their own brand, your billing and first-line support are handled by that reseller, while the underlying platform is operated by us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kiyudesk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding three months.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be posted here. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using and close your account at any time.
