Kiyudesk is an all-in-one business software platform for Indian SMBs. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website and product, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, company, phone), the business data you enter into the apps you use, and basic technical information such as IP address and browser type needed to operate and secure the service. If you submit a contact or partner form, we store what you send so we can reply.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, authenticate you, respond to your enquiries, send service-related communications, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Data storage & security
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access is controlled by role-based permissions. Each company's data is isolated at the data layer. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (for example, hosting and email delivery), and where required by law. Resellers who provide you the product under their own brand manage their own customers' accounts.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we'll help. You may also export your business data from within the product.

We use essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and operate the site. We do not use non-essential tracking without consent.
